Every Wednesday and Saturday, live a culinary experience and taste Polynesian cuisine cooked in a traditional oven in the ground called the “ahimaa”.
This restaurant offers local and international cuisine and during high season, the Chef proposes theme menus and interactive cuisine.

Magnifique Sunday Brunch

Every Sunday live a magnifique experience with our French Brunch served at Pure restaurant and access to the beach and the pool+. From 11am to 2pm, have a taste of bon goût with tahitian and french specialties. A kids club take care of the kids while the Polynesian Diva Hauata songs will fill the air with grace and beauty. Rate is at 6 900 XPF per person including the access to the beach and pool facilities.

Polynesian Evening - Ahimaa

Sofitel Moorea Ia Ora is proud to celebrate Polynesian millennium history by organizing every Wednesday & saturday night beginning at 5pm, a unique Polynesian feast at the Pure Restaurant.

The chef

Chef Gwénaël QUINQUIS

Trained at Quimper in northern France, Gwénaël Quinquis pursued his apprenticeship at the Thalassa **** restaurant of the Sofitel Quiberon and then went on a mission to Sofitel Motu Private Island in Bora Bora in December 2007.

In March 2010 he will join Sofitel Moorea Ia Ora Beach Resort and will be promoted to Chief in January 2015.
